Refund Eligibility

The plan that a user is returning must have a major proportion of queries unused to claim a refund.

Annual & Lifetime Subscribers

  • Refund requests for annual and lifetime plans will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • The refund is only applicable if a significant portion of the plan remains unused.

Plan Downgrade & Free Plan Transition

  • If users downgrade their plan or switch to the free plan, their biolinks customization will be affected.

  • Users should carefully consider this before making any changes to their subscription.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be claimed in the following cases:
