Refund Eligibility

The plan that a user is returning must have a major proportion of queries unused to claim a refund.

Annual & Lifetime Plan

• Refund requests for annual and lifetime plans will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• The refund is only applicable if a significant portion of the plan remains unused.

Plan Downgrade & Free Plan Transition

• If users downgrade their plan or switch to the free plan, their biolinks customization will be affected.
• Users should carefully consider this before making any changes to their subscription.

Refund Process

If you comply with our refund policy, you can request a refund for your purchased plan by using the Contact Us form on Toolszu.com. Our customer service team will review your request and reach out via email as soon as possible.

The refund request will be assessed to determine the proportion of the plan that remains unused. All financial transactions are handled by Web Hub. Once the evaluation is complete, we will notify you of the status of your request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be claimed in the following cases:

• No refunds are issued for special offers and discounted plans.
• Quarterly plans are non-refundable.
• Non-renewable plans are not eligible for refunds.
