Reddit Video Downloader – Save Reddit Videos with Sound

Reddit stores video and sound as separate files, which is why many downloaders give you a silent clip. Toolszu joins them into one MP4 with audio, so the video plays exactly as it does on Reddit.

Paste the link to any public Reddit post with a video uploaded to Reddit – copied from the app or the website – and pick the quality you want.

What you can download from Reddit

• Videos uploaded to Reddit
• Video with sound joined into one MP4
• Several resolutions, up to the quality the poster uploaded
• Post links from reddit.com and the Reddit app

How to download from Reddit

1. Open the post that contains the video.
2. Tap “Share” and choose “Copy link”.
3. Paste the link into the box above and press Download.
4. Choose “video with audio” and save the MP4.

Download Reddit videos on any device

Toolszu runs in your browser, so it works the same on Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac and Linux. On Android and computers the file goes straight to your Downloads folder. On iPhone and iPad, Safari saves it to the Files app (Downloads), and from there you can move videos to Photos.

There is nothing to install and no account to create – paste the Reddit link, download, and you’re done.

Tips for the best results

• Always choose the version labelled with audio if you want sound.
• Posts that only link to YouTube or other sites aren’t Reddit videos – open the original site instead.
• NSFW, quarantined or removed posts may not be downloadable.

Can I download GIFs from Reddit?

Reddit-hosted GIFs that are stored as videos can be downloaded as MP4 files.

Is the Reddit downloader free?

Yes. Toolszu is completely free to use – no sign-up, no subscription and no app to install.

Is it legal to download from Reddit?

Downloading for personal, offline use is generally fine, but always respect copyright and the platform’s terms. Don’t re-upload or share someone else’s content without permission.
